We are a seed round investor for HireGains.ai (www.hiregains.com), a knowledge platform for training AI models. HireGains.ai has built the human performance layer of artificial intelligence — a platform where knowledge workers connect directly to the AI systems they help train and refine.

We are a seed round investor for MyPeople, a technology platform using data and analytics gathered over 20 years of working with world class sports teams and enhancing their performance. Applied to business community to create work environment performance enhancements
SEED ROUND INVESTOR FOR TEAMABLE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM
We are a seed round investor for Teamable, a cutting edge technology that allowed companies to create project teams by using their advanced software referral engine. Evaluated business case and pivoted the company to use their referral technology for Human Capital services. Technology was ultimately integrated into a larger Human Capital technology suite of products, and rebranded to use the Teamable name.
CREATED AND BUILT QUANTUMWORK, AN INTEGRATED TALENT TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM
Conceived, pitched and got funded QuantumWork, an integrated talent technology platform enhanced by services. Hired technology, business development and support staff to build a Charlotte based "skunk works" company. Platform provided visibility into all forms of talent, both full time employees as well as contingent labor. Technology and services platform now deployed globally.

Very little gets me more fired up than building businesses in the Technology and Human Capital spaces. For me, the key to success has always been to surround yourself with great people, provide a vision and let them “run”. I founded a retainer based executive search firm that deployed proprietary technology to deliver results to clients in a significantly faster and more efficient manner. Using our technology and services suite, I transformed the company into an end-to end recruitment outsourcing business, (RPO) which was the first of its kind. People thought RPO was a crazy concept at that time, but I proved it wasn’t. Later, when large companies were looking to move into the RPO space I sold my business to Allegis and built it from a 60 person U.S. focused company into an industry leader with over 3,500+ people conducting business in 60+ countries across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. Independently ranked as one of the top three largest and innovative global players in the industry.

Technology and technology startups have run through my entire Human Capital business background which is why I'm now involved in providing venture capital and advisory services to AI technology platforms. Build something, buy something and make it better, think differently.

But none of these accomplishments matter, unless you understand the importance of giving back. I am an Armenian by heritage and am proud of what I have been able to give back to our people. I sit on several boards and am the Chairman of the Board for FAR, where we have invested over 350 Million dollars into giving back to the people of Armenia. Infrastructure, Health Care, Education, all vital.
